- Your child must be 2, 3, 4, or 5 by October 31, 2025 -to be eligible for a specific program, as mandated by the Dept. of Education. It is our only basis for placing children in a specific level.
Registration to reserve a limited slot, for SY 2025-2026 began last December of 2024. It is ongoing.
To reserve, you must register via website www.thelittleapprentice.com > Register > SY 2025-2026 (or click Register) and fill out a Google form labeled Westgate Hub or Evia.
Ensure that you are entering your info into the right form (Evia or Westgate Hub) because slots for each location are quickly filled. The form's timestamp serves as your ordinal spot in line for our slot offer, since we have a first come, first served policy.
Once you receive a Confirmation Email (with the same Subject Title) with a slot offer and payment details), you will need to send a proof of payment of your non-refundable Reservation Fee/Campers Tuition within 48 hours to the correct email address.
You will have until March 31st, 2025 to complete your tuition payment. TLA reserves the right to forfeit your Reservation Fee and to re-open the slot to others beyond this date.
The full payment or the Post Dated Cheques (if you chose one of our installment plans) for the complete tuition must be remitted to TLA by March 31, 2025 to complete your enrollment. Further, you must also submit TLA-provided forms and other requirements (ID pics, PSO-Birth Certificate and Vaccination Record).
Your timely submission allows our teachers to prepare the student's materials and classroom decor with time to spare.

Since we are DepEd accredited, we follow their mandates and guidelines under the risk of penalty.
When a DepEd accredited school starts its classes in June, the age-birthday cutoff is August 31.
When a DepEd accredited school starts its classes in July, the age-birthday cutoff is September 30.
When a DepEd accredited school starts its classes in August, the age-birthday cutoff is October 31.
This SY 2025-2026, TLA is starting its SY 2025-2026 on August 4 which makes the age-birthday cut off October 31.
Therefore,
An incoming student must be 2 by October 31 to be eligible for our Toddler Program.
An incoming student must be 3 by October 31 to be eligible for our Nursery Program.
An incoming student must be 4 by October 31 to be eligible for our Pre K Program.
An incoming student must be 5 by October 31 to be eligible for our Kinder Program.
Because DepEd wants all schools to return to June as the start of a school's academic year, TLA must gradually adjust its calendar to comply.
We will start classes in July for SY 2026-2027
We will start classes in June for SY 2027-2028.
In so doing, the age-birthday cut off will move back to an earlier month and this move then impacts the kids whose birthdays are suddenly past the new cut off. Kids who miss the new age-birthday cut offs will either be repeating the school year program here or they may try looking for another institution that starts their SY later than TLA.
So as not to disrupt our future students' plans, we want to implement a September 30 age-cut off FOR NEW STUDENTS so that you are assured of a schooling community for at least two straight years, starting SY 2025-2026.
